90 day online academy covers the 10 units of knowledge you need to win
and keep a job at 9-1-1 because it is taught by a working 9-1-1
Supervisor. You will do research, hear actual 9-1-1 calls and learn,
learn and learn more about your emergency communications systems and how to
thrive in this exciting setting.
Once
you have completed the course, you are eligible to take the National Emergency
Communications Certification (NECC) 132 question online exam and become
nationally certified.

National Emergency Communications Certification is a 132 online exam developed
by a Board of 9-1-1 professional educators and the Professional Testing
Corporation from NYC. The exam process is simple and secure through
PTC - proctoring over 1 million exams yearly.
